Yoga Year 6

Our children's mental health is very important to us and to help prepare Year 6 in the run up to SATS, we have booked a 9 week course for our Year 6 pupils starting 11th February which will give them a range of tools to help them learn to relax and stay calm using Yoga, exercise and breathing techniques.  They will also learn some key mindfulness techniques that will help them to focus on the tasks ahead.
We hope that this course will provide the children with skills that they will also be able to use in the future when they move on to the next stage of their education and face further stressful situations.
The classes will be held at Brailsford School, during the school day and your children can be collected from Bradley at the usual time
